Simply Delicious! Fast, and foolproof!
1 tube hot(spicy) Jimmy Dean Sausage
1 block Cream Cheese
1/2 c Parmesan Cheese - grated (fresh is always best)
1 tsp. pepper.
30 Big White mushrooms
Brown sausage and drain off the fat. Mix with the cream cheese and pepper. Stuff the mushrooms.
Bake at 350º for about 20 minutes
